HAMILTON Ticket Lottery

Terms & Conditions

Registrants will have the opportunity to win a chance to purchase two tickets for HAMILTON at a price of $28 per ticket. Price includes booking fees.
There is no purchase requirement to enter the Ticket Lottery. Registration is free.
Each Registrant will be allowed to enter the Ticket Lottery once per week. Multiple entries will not be honored.
Lottery Result notifications will be sent to email address provided and we cannot be responsible for errors if incorrect mail addresses are provided, if the email is redirected as SPAM due to email filter settings, or if emails are routed to junk email folders.
Winners will receive a confirmation email from SISTIC with a one-time-use promocode and a purchase link that will expire within 24 hours, valid from 12 noon every Thursday to 12 noon the following day.
Winners will be required to create a SISTIC account with the same email used for lottery registration. If you are an existing SISTIC patron, please use the same email for lottery registration. Using different email accounts for lottery registration and purchase of tickets may result in your tickets being voided.
Winners will be given a specific booking link to log in and complete payment for their Ticket Lottery tickets before the link expires.
Tickets to performances are subject to availability on a specific performance on a first come, first booked basis with other winners that week; therefore, it cannot be guaranteed for the winners of the Ticket Lottery that a specific performance they may want to attend will be available.
Each promo code will be specific to each individual and can be used for a specific week of performances. The assigned promocodes cannot be used for any other performance weeks or regular priced tickets.
Promocodes are not for sale, non-transferable, cannot be shared and cannot be refunded for cash. Each promocode can only be used once. If you share your promocode, it will impede your chances in securing the best tickets available.
If the promocode is not used during the 24-hour booking window provided, it will expire and no longer be valid. All unclaimed seats will be released back for sale to the general public at full price.
Once the Ticket Lottery transaction has been paid and completed, a booking confirmation will be sent via email and your one-time promocode will be invalid.
E-tickets will be sent to the registered email address of the winners who have completed their purchase within the given time period.
Any reselling of lottery tickets is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to invalidate any tickets that have been re-sold.
The presenter shall not be obliged to replace any misplaced, lost or stolen tickets.
Any dispute concerning the products or services of SISTIC shall be settled directly between the ticket buyer and SISTIC.
The Ticket Lottery tickets are valid only for HAMILTON, seat section and performance dates. Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or replaced if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed.
