HOW DOES THE TICKET LOTTERY WORK?

The Ticket Lottery is a chance to win the opportunity to buy a set of two (2) HAMILTON tickets for S$56.

The Ticket Lottery is not a chance to win free tickets.

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I ENTER FOR?

You can enter for a maximum of two HAMILTON tickets per performance; for one performance per week.

HOW DO I SIGN-UP FOR THE TICKET LOTTERY?

Entry for the HAMILTON Ticket Lottery is only via www.hamiltonmusical.sg

No purchase or payment is required to enter or participate.

All those signing up for the Ticket Lottery must have an email address linked to an active SISTIC account.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I ENTER FOR THE TICKET LOTTERY?

There is no limit to the number of individual Ticket Lotteries you can enter for.

However, a one entry per week limit will be applied.

WHEN IS THE DRAW FOR THE TICKET LOTTERY?

The Ticket Lottery will open each Wednesday at 10:00am and close for entries on the same day at 11:59pm for the following week’s performances.

Winners will be notified at 12 noon every Thursday for the upcoming week’s performances and will have until the following day, Friday at 12 noon to confirm and purchase their HAMILTON tickets before the offer expires.

HOW DO I GET NOTIFIED IF I AM ONE OF THE WINNERS OF THE TICKET LOTTERY?

A confirmation email will be sent to the respective Ticket Lottery winners.

Winners will be provided with a one-time promo code to use to purchase tickets.

WHEN IS HAMILTON SINGAPORE, AND WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

The Singapore season will run from 19 April – 9 June, 2024.

All bookings for HAMILTON tickets will only be available through Marina Bay Sands or SISTIC.com.

HOW MUCH WILL TICKETS COST?

Ticket prices for Hamilton will vary by performance and seat location. Prices are subject to change, but start from SGD $80 and are available at the Marina Bay Sands or SISTIC.com.
*Subject to availability. A transaction fee applies per order. Selected ticket delivery methods may incur an additional charge. The minimum price listed may be available for selected performances only. Ticket prices may vary depending on date, availability, seating section.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

You can purchase tickets on the website through Credit and Debit Card. Cash transactions may be made over the counter at the Marina Bay Sands Theatre Box Office and any of the SISTIC Agents or Hotline. HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?

There is an 8-ticket limit per transaction. All orders will be reviewed for duplicate accounts, bots, or other means being used to circumvent the 8-ticket limit. Fraudulent ticket orders may be cancelled without notice.

WHY THE LIMIT?

The ticket limit is in place to allow as many people as possible the opportunity to purchase tickets for HAMILTON. All transactions online or in-person that are detected to be bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than 8 tickets, or any action that indicates a purchase in excess of the 8-ticket limit may be cancelled without consideration.

WHAT IF I WANT ACCESS TO GROUP SALES AND BOOK MORE THAN 8 TICKETS?

CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKETS FOR ANOTHER DATE ONCE I PURCHASE MY TICKETS?

There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets once they are purchased.
As with all ticket purchases, we recommend that you check/confirm dates and times of the performance you intend to purchase before completing the checkout.

WILL THE THEATRE HAVE COVID-SAFE PROTOCOLS IN PLACE?

Face masks are recommended but not mandatory in the Marina Bay Sands Theatre foyer and inside the auditorium.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

Tickets for HAMILTON are available as e-tickets or via box office collection, and you can specify your preference during the sales transaction. Please be reminded to keep your ticket information confidential and not to post any details online to ensure the validity of your ticket.

WHY ARE THERE TICKETS ONLINE THAT ARE TWICE AS EXPENSIVE AS YOUR LISTED TICKET PRICES?

When searching for HAMILTON tickets, be cautious of ticket resales on social media or secondary market websites. Prices on these platforms may exceed those on the official Marina Bay Sands website or SISTIC.com. Always verify the website’s legitimacy before making a purchase.

Marina Bay Sands and SISTIC.com, along with our Regional Ticketing Partner, Klook.com, are the exclusive authorised ticket sellers for HAMILTON in Singapore. Tickets purchased through other channels may not be valid, and refunds will not be provided for fraudulent tickets.

WHAT IF A PERFORMANCE IS SOLD OUT?

We anticipate demand will be high for HAMILTON tickets and recommend that customers book early for best availability. If the performance you wish to attend is sold out, we recommend the following:

• Look further into the season for other performances.
• Saturday evenings and Sunday matinees will be the performances that are highest in demand, so consider attending on other show dates.
• Continue to check back on sold-out performances in the event additional seats get released.
• Make sure you are signed up to the waitlist to receive information on ticket releases and new ticket blocks if they become available.

IS THERE AN AGE RECOMMENDATION FOR HAMILTON?

Advisory 16, Age recommendation 8+. All children below 12 years old must have a ticket and be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

WHAT IS THE SEATING LAYOUT OR STAGE VIEW?

A map of the venue will appear upon selecting your seats. During peak periods, especially during pre-sales, the map may not be available for seat selection and please note that seating maps only provide indicative views of the venue and may not reflect actual sightlines for the production of HAMILTON.
